DAVID LEACH
APAC Chief Information Security Officer
J.P. Morgan
Mr. Leach is the Asia Pacific Chief Information Security Officer of J.P. Morgan, responsible for driving the Cyber Security strategy across the firm's businesses in the Asia Pacific region. David serves on the Asia Pacific Technology Operating Committee.
Prior to joining J.P. Morgan in May 2012, David has held various IT risk and security management roles at ANZ Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, and Dresdner Kleinwort Benson
David is married with one daughter and one son.
CAITLIN DOLAN
Cyber Threat Intelligence Lead
Booz Allen Hamilton
Caitlin Dolan currently leads Booz Allen Hamilton's Cyber Threat Intelligence practice in Singapore and is responsible for managing Cyber4Sight client support efforts, establishing the project's flagship services in South East Asia, and serves as liaison to INTERPOL's Cyber Fusion Center.
Caitlin is an experienced Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst supporting public and private sector clients, specializing in actor-centric reporting, technically-focused analytical tradecraft, and deep/dark web investigations. Prior to Booz Allen Hamilton, Caitlin worked as an anti-money laundering analyst in the American Express Financial Intelligence Unit in New York City and is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (ACAMS).
JULIA MCLERNON
APAC Business Integration Lead - Cybersecurity
J.P. Morgan
Julia McLernon is the APAC Business Integration Lead for Cybersecurity at J.P. Morgan, reporting to David Leach, the APAC CISO.
Prior to joining J.P. Morgan in 2016, Julia spent a large part of her career at Goldman Sachs as a Senior Engineer in the global Cross-divisional Projects and Architecture team. Julia also held various front-office business analysis and project management roles in the early part of her career at Cazenove and Co. and Enron Europe Ltd.
Julia has lived in Singapore since 2015 with her husband and two children .
CHNG HO KIAT
Director - Cyber Security and Resilience Division
Ministry of Communications and Information (MCI).
Mr. Chng Ho Kiat is the Director of Cyber Security and Resilience Division at the Ministry of Communications and Information (MCI). His division is responsible for policy issues related to the resilience of infocomn and media infrastructure and cyber security.
Prior to joining MCI, Ho Kiat spent 20 years with the Singapore Navy. Prior to leaving the military in 2005, he was the Commander of the Naval Diving Unit. He has posting in various public-sector organizations such as Director(Infrastructure) Ministry of National Development, Deputy Chief Executive National Heritage Board (2010-2011) and Chief Operating Officer National Art Gallery(2011).
Ho Kiat is active in public and community service. He is a Board Director of Special Need Trust Company Limited (SNTC), Vice Chairman of Damai Primary School Advisory Committee and also a Council Member of Economic Society of Singapore (ESS).
Ho Kiat is a holder of Master degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the National University of Singapore. He graduated with an Electronics Engineering degree (Honors, Class II Upper) from the University College of London
Ho Kiat is married to Gillian and has two teenage children.
