Diversity can bring benefits including increased profitability, creativity and innovation to an organisation. To create sustainable change, inclusion needs to become a mainstream part of organisational life. In short, inclusion will only be achieved when employees understand how to put it into practice at work.

Join Ashish Goyal (Senior Managing Director of Capital Markets, OMERS), Raphael Cheminat (Group Country Head for Singapore and Head of South East Asia, Societe Generale) and Teo Puay Tin (Head of Distribution, Credit & Portfolio Management, Standard Chartered Bank) in a fireside chat over lunch moderated by Anand Ramachandra (Managing Director of Capital Markets, OMERS) where they will share:

  1. Views on motivations for pursuing diversity: “business case for diversity” vs “it is the right thing to do”
  2. How they practise inclusion in business and lead their teams
  3. Practical tips on how to promote and create a more inclusive culture across all levels in an organisation
