Grishma Kewada, CEO / Country Manager Singapore, Coface and Immediate Past President, FWA Singapore 

 

Grishma’s careers spans investment banking and insurance in multinational Banks and Insurance companies and has worked and lived in multiple Asian Countries; namely Singapore, China and Thailand. She is currently the CEO / Country Manager for the Coface Singapore Branch and serves as the WEimpact Chair and Immediate Past President of the Financial Women’s Association Singapore, the Singapore Council of Women Organisations in the capacity of Treasurer and Chair of BoardAgender. She has over 18 years of experience in the field of investment banking and insurance across Life insurance, Non-Life insurance and Trade Credit Insurance during her time at Coface, Prudential, Allianz, Credit Suisse and JP Morgan.

 

Grishma Kewada currently serves as the Chair of Weimpact for the Financial Women’s Association (FWA) Singapore and has served in various capacities on the Executive Committee including Immediate Past President. She is focused on Financial Literacy, Impact and Sustainability and was privileged to drive and oversee the contribution from the FWA to the consultation process supporting the White Paper in 2021 on Singapore Women’s Development. Grishma has a background in Actuarial Science and Finance, holds EMBA, CERA designation from the Society of Actuaries (USA), PRM designation from Professional Risk Managers Association, and an Adv.Cert (RegComp) from International Compliance Association. She is passionate about transformation not only at work, but in a personal capacity too, driving inclusive leadership in workplaces and community.

Althea Lim, Co-Founder & Group CEO, Gushcloud International

Althea Lim began her career in the creator, influencer, and entertainment industry in 2010, later co-founding Gushcloud International with Vincent Ha. After its 2015 acquisition by Yello Digital Marketing Group, Althea and Vincent repurchased their stake in 2018, regaining full ownership. As Group CEO since 2017, she has transformed Gushcloud into a global AI-powered content and IP management company, operating in 12 countries with over 300 staff. Althea’s leadership earned her a spot in the 2024 EY Entrepreneurial Winning Women™ Asia-Pacific class, the 2023 Women Entrepreneur Awards SME category overall win, and the EY Entrepreneur of the Year for New Media and Entertainment. She was also recognized by CIO Views Magazine as one of “The 10 Most Inspiring Business Leaders Making a Difference,” by Bangkok Post in “Women Against the Odds,” and in Tatler’s 2021 “Asia’s Most Influential” Singapore list. Gushcloud has been named one of “Singapore’s Fastest-Growing Companies” by The Straits Times in 2021 and 2022. In January 2025, Althea spoke at the 1Billion Followers Summit in Dubai, highlighting her influence in the global creator economy.
 



Terence Wong, Founder and CEO, Azure Capital

Terence Wong's fascination with the stock market began during the 1987 Black Monday crash, leading him to a distinguished career in finance. After 12 years as head of research at RHB Investment Bank, where he led an acclaimed team and was voted Singapore’s top analyst, he founded Azure Capital in 2015. Previously, he managed Singapore’s largest independent research company and was recognized as Best Country Analyst. A prominent figure in the industry, Terence has shared his expertise with over 40,000 investors through 200+ regional seminars and frequently appears in media. Beyond finance, he’s a dedicated volunteer, notably completing a 24-hour volunteer marathon. Today, he serves as Chairman of the Investment Committee at Second Chance Properties, Director at Lyte Principal, and has held key roles with the Securities Investors Association (Singapore).



Joanna Lim, Content Creator & Entrepreneur

Joanna Lim is a Singaporean YouTube personality, model, and content creator who connects with her audience by sharing daily vlogs and glimpses into her life. She is the co-founder of Superlens, a contact lens brand that complements her interest in fashion. Based in Singapore, Joanna creates content centered on fashion, travel, and lifestyle, offering her followers a mix of style inspiration and travel experiences from local spots to international destinations. Her straightforward approach and consistent posting have built her a dedicated online community.

No Show Policy

We understand that with busy schedules, there may be times when you cannot make an event after you have registered for it. In the event that you cannot make an event, we appreciate that you use our new tool now available to cancel the event. Cancellation is allowed up to 2 days ahead of the event date. To do so, please log in to the FWA website, under “My Account”, select “My Events”, you can cancel the event registration under the “Cancel registration” column. For members that no-show for 3 consecutive events, we regret to inform that you will be barred from attending any FWA events for the next 3 months. We hope you understand this policy as our events are often in high demand and your co-operation will allow those who can and wish to attend our events to do so.
