The Singapore financial sector has made significant progress in advancing women in finance especially in the C-suits and next generation roles in the past two decades. In 2021, there was a 20.8% female representation in Singapore financial institutions at the C-Suite level1. However, the forecast for 2030 indicates that this may not be sustainable towards reaching a 30% representation in C-suite roles by 20301.
To understand this better, FWA has launched a survey to our members that has been conducted to understand what areas need to be addressed so as to focus efforts to enable growth towards a 30% representation. This invite only corporate event to present of our survey findings followed by a discussion with our C-Suite panellists. Corporate networking and dinner will follow after the event.
