With over 10 years of experience in the finance industry, Natasha EU has established herself as a respected leader in operations. She began her career in private equity firms, where she gained valuable insights into investment operations and fund management. Natasha further honed her skills at Morgan Stanley, where she successfully managed complex financial reporting and analysis. Currently, she holds the position of Head of Operations at Qualgro VC, a leading venture capital firm in Southeast Asia.
As a proud member of the Financial Women's Association (FWA), Natasha is passionate about promoting diversity and empowering women in finance.

Giao Pik HO is Managing Director at United Overseas Bank and leads Strategic Alliances and Fintech for the Group franchise. In her current capacity, Giao Pik brings her strong banking experience to enterprise digitalisation, building ecosystem partnerships and identifying digital capabilities to drive growth in customer segments through innovative fintech and digital platform solutions. Prior to that, Giao Pik had overall business responsibilities for Banks and Non-Bank Financial Institutions clients in South & South East Asia as well as leading with Bank client relationships for the Group with a mandate to deliver on total client relationship value across Capital Markets, Global Markets and Global Transaction Banking.
Preceding UOB, Giao Pik held roles in senior management, client coverage, risk management and operations in ANZ and Standard Chartered Bank. In ANZ Singapore, she led the Financial Institutions business in various geographies for ANZ’s International Banking business. A member of ANZ Singapore’s Management Group and leadership committees, Giao Pik is also a founding EXCO member of Money-Minded Singapore, ANZ’s flagship financial literacy program.
Giao Pik is passionate about diverse leadership, perspectives and inclusion in the wider community and serves on BoardAgender Management Committee, a Singapore Council of Women’s Organisations (SCWO) initiative. She is also a champion and mentor with Financial Women’s Association.
Khairudin James Lamb, Managing Director, Internal Audit, Group Operations and Operational Resilience, Standard Chartered Bank
Khairudin James Forest Christieson LAMB is a Managing Director at Standard Chartered Bank and is responsible for audit coverage over Group Operations and Operational Resilience. James works in partnership with his and other teams to provide third line assurance across Operations for Financial Markets, Transaction Banking, Client Coverage, Financial Crime Coverage, Consumer, Private and Business Banking, as well as Group wide assurance on Operational Resilience.
James has spent his professional career in Standard Chartered Bank, joining the graduate program in March 2001. He spent the first 14 years of his career in first line risk control, primarily Financial Markets Middle Office. After two years as the Global Head, Financial Markets Middle Office, he joined Group Internal Audit on a Leadership Development Secondment in 2015. He fully embraced the third line, aligning mentally while recognising its impact. 2023 marks his 8th year in Group Internal Audit. He was a passionate advocate for the implementation of Dynamic Audit across Standard Chartered Internal Audit.
Inspired by a fantastic female role model, James has sought to create runway for other female leaders, whenever the opportunity arises, or is made to arise. He is lucky enough to be surrounded by a passionate, creative and brilliant team. He is currently mentoring five talented individuals, inside and outside the Bank
James holds an MA in Classics (Ancient History), from Royal Holloway College, University of London. He is a certified auditor, after starting his full time employment erecting steel scaffolding, using drop forged steel fittings. He has 4 children and he lives for his family.
Hoo Hui Joo, Managing Director, Chief Compliance Officer, Asia Pacific, Barclays
Based in Singapore, Hui-Joo Hoo is the Chief Compliance Officer for Barclays Bank PLC Asia Pacific responsible for the Compliance teams across the region. She is a member of the Barclays Bank PLC Asia Pacific Executive Forum and Barclays Bank PLC Global Compliance Management Team.
Hui-Joo joined Barclays in 2007 and was previously the Head of Compliance for Personal and Corporate Banking, Asia Pacific, before taking on the role of Chief Compliance Officer in February 2016.
She is a member of the Barclays Asia Pacific Regional Citizenship Council and Barclays Singapore Women's Initiative Network (WiN) Senior Advisory Panel. She is also the winner of the Chief Compliance Officer of the Year, Rest of World at the 2017 Women in Compliance Awards.
Prior to joining Barclays, Hui-Joo worked in the International Personal Banking unit of Citibank between 2000 and 2007, providing support across various Compliance functions, including Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Investment Compliance. She joined Citibank in 2000 from KPMG where she was a Banking and Finance Consultant, providing regulatory, compliance and control advisory services to financial institutions in Asia Pacific.
Hui-Joo holds a Bachelor of Business (Banking) degree from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.

No Show Policy
We understand that with busy schedules, there may be times when you cannot make an event after you have registered for it. In the event that you cannot make an event, we appreciate that you use our new tool now available to cancel the event. Cancellation is allowed up to 2 days ahead of the event date. To do so, please log in to the FWA website, under “My Account”, select “My Events”, you can cancel the event registration under the “Cancel registration” column. For members that no-show for 3 consecutive events, we regret to inform that you will be barred from attending any FWA events for the next 3 months.
