Phyllis re-joined Asia Genesis Asset Management in 2019 as the Chief Operating Officer. She has 14 years of asset management experience, specializing in compliance, risk management, operations, and finance. Prior to re-joining Asia Genesis, Phyllis was the Vice President of Investment Services in Private Markets and Finance at GIC Private Limited serving as a Financial Controller for the Private Equity and Infrastructure fund management entity where she also led change management initiatives and implementation. Before this, Phyllis was a Risk and Accounting Senior Manager at Asia Genesis from 2009 to 2015 where she focused on compliance, risk management and operations and led the risk and accounting team.
Phyllis is a Chartered Accountant and holds a First Class Honours in Accountancy and a Minor in Entrepreneurship from the Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.

Mathilde Swierczynska is a Managing Director, Head of Private Wealth Compliance APAC for SMBC Nikko Securities Singapore Pte Ltd. She also chairs the Private Wealth ESG Committee.
In her role, Mathilde collaborates with internal and external key stakeholders and advises the management of SMBC group on strategic risks and business opportunities. Mathilde joined SMBC Private Wealth in August 2020 from the boutique firm UBP where she was the Head of Compliance for Singapore. Prior to that, she was with the French bank CIC where she held various positions in legal & compliance in Asia since 2004. She started her career in a law firm in Singapore in 2002.
She holds a Master’s Degree and an LLM from the universities of La Sorbonne and Cologne as well as a Bachelor Degree in German Language and Literature. She teaches Ethics at ESSEC Business School and provides mentoring to students of her alma mater and the FWA more recently. She supports the Bone Marrow Donor Program and the Singapore chapter of Inspiring Girls.
She recently started taekwondo at the request of her teenage son and proudly lives by the mantra “a black belt is a white belt that never gave up”.
Mohammed Reza, Partner, Dispute Resolution, Simmons & Simmons JWS
Reza is a dispute resolution specialist, who practices in all areas of commercial litigation and arbitration.
Much of Reza’s work is international in scope and he regularly advises on disputes involving financial institutions and multinational corporations across various business sectors.
He is an experienced advocate in complex commercial and banking disputes, having been involved in trial, appellate work and arbitrations in the technical fields of banking and investment, energy, insurance, sport, and in a range of corporate disputes.
Reza also advises on the full range of employment law issues, including reorganization and restructuring, and employee relations challenges.

No Show Policy
We understand that with busy schedules, there may be times when you cannot make an event after you have registered for it.
