The new Executive Committee slate standing for election remains committed to FWA’s mission of empowering women in finance through education\, advancement and mentoring future lead ers\, while contributing to social and community development for the susta inable betterment of women. 2025 was a meaningful and active year for FWA. Over the course of the year\, we organised 14 events\, bringing together our community through networking sessions\, fireside chats and thematic di scussions spanning topics from finance and AI to perimenopause. We also he ld our first WE Impact walking event in celebration of SG60\, reflecting o ur commitment to wellness. Our flagship International Women’s Day event welcomed members to hear leaders share perspectives on accelerating action for gender equality. Our biennial Symposium\, “Thriving Together Across Gender\, Generations & Technology\,” drew over 200 attendees\, with our FWA Champions leading engaging discussions on intersectionality\, interge nerational dynamics and navigating a rapidly evolving technological landsc ape. Mentoring remains the heartbeat of FWA. In 2025\, we matched 32 mente es with 31 mentors and hosted our first Mentoring Appreciation Night to re cognise the generosity and dedication of mentors who continue to invest th eir time in developing the next generation of leaders. Our community conti nues to grow and thrive. FWA now comprises 52 corporate members and 284 Or dinary and Associate members\, supported by a vibrant volunteer network. O ur LinkedIn community has grown to over 6\,000 followers\, and we have beg un revamping our CMS system to further enhance event communications and me mbership management\, with completion expected in 2026.
