  March 2024. Please refer to the FWA Mentoring page for an overview of the
  Programme Structure and list of Mentors\, many of whom are from the Femal
 e and Male Champion community. Mentee Eligibility: Have more than 7 years'
  experience in the financial industry Have a committed\, mature and enthus
 iastic attitude towards the Programme Be willing to give back to FWA and c
 ommunity after graduating from Programme Be assessed for fit with availabl
 e mentors Upon a successful match with a Mentor\, join FWA as an Individua
 l FWA member (if not yet already a member) Be willing to make necessary pa
