She began her career in the securit ies industry in 1980 with Morgan Grenfell Asset Management (Asia) Ltd. (no w known as DB Asset Management Asia Ltd.) as director of Operations in sup port of private banking services\, institutional fund management and custo dy services. In 1993\, she joined Deutsche Bank as one of its pioneers to develop the custody business in Asia. In late 1999\, she became head of Pr oduct Development and in late 2002\, was appointed as the head of Product Management for Custody in Asia. In January 2005\, she joined DBS Bank Ltd. as the head of Securities Services under its Global Transaction Services.
