In the last 12 months\, we have populated our Calendar of Even ts with yet more varied and interesting educational talks and/or and netwo rking sessions\, most of which have been well received by our members\, ba sed on the good level of registrations for each event. We brought to our m embers quality speakers\, on topics of current interest\, ranging from Cul tural Capital\, Leadership\, to The Art of Connecting to People\, and Unco nscious Bias. We introduced a new series of talks by our Male Champions wh o are senior male leaders in the financial services industry\, with each s ession focused on different areas such as the Wealth and Asset Management Industry\, Digital Banking and Fintech and Corporate and Investment Bankin g. We continued our Up Close and Personal Breakfast Talks with senior fema le leaders who shared their personal career journeys\, so that mid- to sen ior- members can learn from and be inspired by these role models. Partners hips with our corporate members deepened\, through regular corporate lunch sharing\, and partnered events with our corporate members. In addition to the partnerships we have in past years with other select institutions suc h as CFA\, this year we partnered with INSEAD to develop a FWA Gender Dive rsity survey\, in which at least 10 financial services institutions have p articipated including corporate members. Our Mentoring programme was once again a success by all accounts\, not just for our Mentees\, but also for many of our Mentors. Our charity sub-committee continued with the FWA trad ition of serving the larger community beyond the financial industry\, via its collaboration with Junior Achievement\, to promote financial literacy in the young. Our membership base continued to grow.
