Audrey The, Managing Director, Cambridge Associates
Audrey is a Managing Director based in Cambridge Associates’ Singapore office, where she works with institutional and private clients on designing, building and overseeing customized private investments portfolios. She also contributes to the firm’s private investments manager research. Audrey worked in Cambridge Associates’ Singapore and Menlo Park offices from 2007 to 2018 and rejoined the firm in 2021.
Prior to re-joining Cambridge Associates, Audrey was senior vice president, Asia operations at HarbourVest Partners where she oversaw and coordinated operations and investor relations support across Asia Pacific. She also worked as an Investment Director at Schroders where she worked with clients on their private assets' investments. Audrey’s previous experience also includes sales and trading at UBS in New York, corporate finance at HSBC and corporate development at Providian Financial (now Chase) in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Audrey has an MBA from the Tuck School of Business, Dartmouth College, and a Bachelor of Arts (Phi Beta Kappa) In Economics and Telecommunications (Magna Cum Laude), Indiana University, Bloomington.
Bonnie Lo, Partner & COO, NewQuest Capital Partners
Bonnie is a founding partner and COO of NewQuest. Bonnie oversees the finance, investor relations, operations and administrative functions of NewQuest. Bonnie has more than 20 years of experience in finance and investing. Prior to taking on the COO role, Bonnie was co-head of China business for NewQuest. Prior to founding NewQuest, Bonnie was a Director in Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s (BAML) Asia Private Equity group focusing on investments in Greater China. Bonnie has also held other positions within BAML including in the Corporate Principal Investments and Investment Banking groups. She also previously worked at 3i Group plc focusing on growth capital investments in Greater China.
Bonnie has an Executive MBA from EMBA-Global Asia, a joint program between Columbia Business School, University of Hong Kong Business School and London Business School. She received her undergraduate degree in Economics and East Asian Studies, magna cum laude, from Brown University in Providence, RI. Bonnie also serves on the Board of the Hong Kong Venture Capital and Private Equity Association (HKVCA) and is the Chairperson of HKVCA’s Technical Committee.
Melissa Heng, Director, Temasek
Melissa is a Director at Temasek covering global technology growth investments in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) team. She was previously a founding member of General Atlantic’s Singapore office where she helped establish and build the South-East Asia business, and was responsible for the origination and execution of investment opportunities with a focus on Internet & Technology and Consumer facing businesses. Prior to joining GA, Melissa was a TMT investment banker at Macquarie where she worked on transactions across Asia and the Middle East.
Melissa started her career as a corporate finance lawyer at the law firm of Drew & Napier in Singapore where she advised clients across Asia. Melissa graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from King’s College London and an MBA from INSEAD, and is qualified as an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore.
Ai Lin Leong, Director LemmaTree
Ai Lin is a Director at LemmaTree where she covers strategy, investments and corporate development. LemmaTree is a group of companies that aim to empower individuals and organizations with control of their verifiable data.
Ai Lin’s work experience spans brand strategy at FutureBrand; investment banking at Credit Suisse and Morgan Stanley; PEVC, real estate and credit fund, direct and co-investments at the National University of Singapore Endowment and Cambridge Associates; and venture building at Oriente and LemmaTree. Ai Lin served as the Asia representative on Cambridge Associates' global women's committee, driving internal initatives and external partnerships.
Ai Lin graduated from the Singapore Management University with a Bachelor of Business Management (majors in Finance and Marketing) and a Bachelor of Social Science (major in Sociology).

No Show Policy
We understand that with busy schedules, there may be times when you cannot make an event after you have registered for it. In the event that you cannot make an event, we appreciate that you use our new tool now available to cancel the event. Cancellation is allowed up to 2 days ahead of the event date.
