The Goldman Sachs South East Asia Women’s Network, in partnership with the Financial Women’s Association of Singapore, invites you to a panel discussion ‘Owning Our Success’ on April 1. 
Gender diversity at all levels in business has been shown to benefit organizations, and key to this is female career progression. The panel will explore the importance of collective ownership of the success of women from women themselves, men, managers and their organizations. It will offer insights around how we can enhance women’s leadership and development through accountability, empowerment and engagement. 

About the speakers: 

Ron Lee is head of Goldman Sachs Private Wealth Management in Asia Pacific. He is co-chair of Diversity for Asia Pacific and serves on the firm’s regional management committee. He was recently awarded the ”Champion for the Advancement of Women” at the American Chamber of Commerce Women of Influence Awards in Hong Kong. 

Owi Ruivivar is a senior portfolio manager within Goldman Sachs’ fixed income emerging debt business. She serves as the economist responsible for statistical and econometric analyses and leads the overall business development of emerging market debt.

Lauren Oakes is head of global liquidity sales for Goldman Sachs in Asia Pacific. She also serves as co-head of the firm’s Southeast Asia Women’s Network. Before relocating to Singapore in 2014, Lauren was part of the firm’s global liquidity team in Dallas, Texas and covered institutions in the Central US.
