FWA, in collaboration with Citibank, BFSU and HSBC, is pleased to bring you our next session of FWA Exchange – “Demystifying Diversity”
Inclusion and Diversity are often discussed in tandem; both being considered two sides of the same coin. Inclusivity is often said to be measured by the development of diverse talent and by the diversity of an organization’s leadership team. However, having a diverse leadership team and having ensured the recruitment, development and promotion of diverse talent at all levels doesn’t guarantee inclusivity.
Specifically, we will explore:
- What is Male Ally-ship and how important is it in promoting diversity and inclusiveness in the workplace?
- How do other inclusive initiatives such as Pay Parity and Return to Work campaigns help in attracting and retaining diverse talent?
- How are companies addressing inclusion and thereby winning talent from the industry and competitors?
- How has moving into virtual working environments during covid impacted inclusion? What can each of us do going forward to promote greater inclusivity?
Join us at for an in-depth discussion of these and related questions by our esteemed panel comprising Patrick Tay, Aditi Mahadevan Nair, Brandon Coate, moderated by Munir S Nanji.
Registered participants will receive the link for the Zoom session prior to the event.
