Natasha Eu, Head of Investor Relations, Finance & Operations, Qualgro Partners
With over 10 years of experience in the finance industry, Natasha EU has established herself as a respected leader in operations. She began her career in private equity firms, where she gained valuable insights into investment operations and fund management. Natasha further honed her skills at Morgan Stanley, where she successfully managed complex financial reporting and analysis. Currently, she holds the position of Head of Operations at Qualgro VC, a leading venture capital firm in Southeast Asia.
As a proud member of the Financial Women's Association (FWA), Natasha is passionate about promoting diversity and empowering women in finance.

Charu Chanana, Head of FX Strategy and Global Market Strategist, Saxo
Charu CHANANA joined Saxo in 2022 as a Global Market Strategist and was appointed as the Head of FX Strategy in late 2023. Her primary responsibility is to deliver strategies and analysis in global currency markets based on fundamentals and changes in macroeconomics and monetary policy. Charu brings over 12 years of experience in financial markets, with roles in equity research and a background in economics. She is a regular on Tier 1 media and is frequently invited to be on Bloomberg, CNBC, BBC and CNA.
Lily Chia, Head of Regional Equities & FICC Sales, Singapore Exchange
Lily is Head of Regional Equity & FICC Sales at the Global Sales & Origination unit in SGX. She leads a sales team who is responsible for end client engagement in Singapore, ASEAN, Oceania, Middle East and India. The product coverage is SGX’s securities and derivative markets for equity, currency and commodity asset classes.
During her 20 years at SGX, Lily held leadership positions in various functions, including derivatives and commodities product development, clearing member relationship and commodities sales. She also served in the CEO office and led the conversion of SGX’s second board, SESDAQ, to Catalist. Prior to SGX, Lily was head of middle office and credit at DBS TD Waterhouse, an online securities brokerage firm. She started her career in the former Singapore International Monetary Exchange (SIMEX) in 1996.
Lily was most recently in the Stanford Executive Program class of 2023. She has also received certification from London School of Economics on cryptocurrency and Singapore Management University on fintech and innovation. Lily received a Bachelor of Social Sciences degree from the National University of Singapore and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

No Show Policy
We understand that with busy schedules, there may be times when you cannot make an event after you have registered for it. In the event that you cannot make an event, we appreciate that you use our new tool now available to cancel the event. Cancellation is allowed up to 2 days ahead of the event date. To do so, please log in to the FWA website, under “My Account”, select “My Events”, you can cancel the event registration under the “Cancel registration” column. For members that no-show for 3 consecutive events, we regret to inform that you will be barred from attending any FWA events for the next 3 months. We hope you understand this policy as our events are often in high demand and your co-operation will allow those who can and wish to attend our events to do so.
