Cherish Quek, Head of Audit, Financial Markets and Financial Crime Surveillance Operations, Standard Chartered Bank
Cherish is a Head of Audit at Standard Chartered (SC) Bank where she is responsible for third line assurance of Financial Markets and Financial Crime Surveillance Operations globally. Cherish has close to 20 years of experience in audit. She began her audit career in Deloitte and further honed her skills at Barclays. With a keen interest in Web3, she has led a team of women from ideation to Top 4 of SC Ventures Venus Challenge and received an advanced certification on blockchain from Singapore Management University. Cherish is an active advocate for Gender Equality in SC Singapore and is a member of Financial Women’s Association (FWA).

Zhao Suhan, Business Development Director, Ripple
Suhan is Business Development Director at Ripple, where she drives key strategic partnerships and market network expansion across Asia Pacific. Suhan also currently co-leads the Women@Ripple Employee Resource Group in Asia Pacific.
Prior to joining Ripple, Suhan was with S&P Global in the commodities space, and she also gained extensive experience in the banking industry with JPMorgan in both Singapore and London.
Suhan's academic achievements include a degree in economics and business law from Miami University and a Master's Degree from Boston University. Outside of her professional endeavours, Suhan has a passion for giving back to the community where she actively volunteers and teaches abroad.
Chang Tze Ching, Chief Executive Officer, Bright Point International Digital Assets
Tze Ching leads the digital assets business for the Bright Point International Financial Group (BPI) and helps shape BPI’s global growth initiatives and strategy as part of BPI’s senior management team. BPI is a boutique financial services firm providing a full suite of financial services which include trading access to global markets, clearing of exchange traded and OTC products, inter-dealer brokerage services in OTC commodity markets, access to Chinese commodity derivatives markets, and foreign exchange hedging solutions.
Tze Ching is a seasoned regulatory compliance and market development professional with more than 15 years’ experience at the Monetary Authority of Singapore. Prior to this, Tze Ching was Chief Regulatory Officer at the Asia Pacific Exchange where she was involved in the launch of the first regulated Bitcoin Perpetual Futures Contract in Singapore.
Tze Ching is part of the executive committee of the Digital Assets Association (DAA), a non-profit association focused on institutional engagement and tokenization of assets. DAA aims to bridge the gap between the innovative world of digital assets and the established practices of financial institutions.
Tze Ching also sits on the Institute of Banking and Finance Capital Markets and Financial Advisory Services Examination Industry Panel – Derivatives.
During her leisure time, Tze Ching likes to tingle on the piano and sing a tune or two.
Daniel Ngo, Head of Audit, Digital Assets, TB Cash, CIB Business Platforms & Partnerships, Standard Chartered Bank
Daniel is a Head of Audit in Standard Chartered Bank. He is responsible for internal audit coverage over 3 portfolios namely, Digital Assets, Transaction Banking Cash and CIB Business Platforms & Partnerships. Prior to Standard Chartered Bank, he was a Senior Manager and Client Account Lead in Accenture’s Strategy & Consulting focusing on digital strategy and transformation for financial services clients. He started his career in PwC as Chartered Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor and Certified Information System Auditor.

No Show Policy
We understand that with busy schedules, there may be times when you cannot make an event after you have registered for it. In the event that you cannot make an event, we appreciate that you use our new tool now available to cancel the event. Cancellation is allowed up to 2 days ahead of the event date. To do so, please log in to the FWA website, under “My Account”, select “My Events”, you can cancel the event registration under the “Cancel registration” column. For members that no-show for 3 consecutive events, we regret to inform that you will be barred from attending any FWA events for the next 3 months. We hope you understand this policy as our events are often in high demand and your co-operation will allow those who can and wish to attend our events to do so.
