We are excited to provide details about the formal launch of the FWA-AWF 2024 Mentoring Programme. For this event, we have teamed up with Avodah People Solutions to deliver this session, which include a session on analysing and reflecting on your DISC personality assessment results. 6:00 - 6:45pm      Buffet Dinner, Arrival and Welcome by the FWA team

7:00 - 7:30pm      Welcome Address by FWA Vice President, Introduction to the Programme & Activities

7:30 - 8.20pm       Mentor & Mentee Engagement and Interaction

8:20 - 8.30pm       Closing Address and Adminstrative Brief

Materials/Logisitics

You would be receiving the following materials from us:

1. Mentor's Manual or Mentee's Manual

2. Mentoring Resource Kit

3. DISC Assessment Instructions

Both Mentors and Mentees are required to complete your DISC assessments and to have your assessment results with you.
