Think about the last time you worked in an organization where you felt it cared about your growth and development; where everything possible was done to enhance the employee/client experience; and where everyone was pulling in the same direction. Almost certainly, that was a high performing organization. In this keynote learn how to become aware of what your employees are most passionate about to increase the cultural capital of your organization and create a conscious culture for organizational excellence and productivity.

Keynote Overview

We are moving from the information age, where knowledge capital was our key concern, to the Age of Consciousness, where cultural capital is driving transformation. Developing cultural capital in the Age of Consciousness means making an investment in how people work together and the “personality” or brand of the company. Financial capital is dependent on cultural capital, which is dependent on human capital. Values drive cultural capital and inspire human capital. This means it is necessary to measure and manage the values of an organization and its leaders to ensure the health, performance, and capacity to remain competitive.

Companies that are consciously creating a strong corporate culture in a consistent and systematic manner over a period of several decades outperformed companies that do not. These companies give 26% of their time and attention to culture, more than any other category.  According to the 2013 study by Economics Intelligence Unit, 72% of strategy leaders recognize culture as a top strategic priority.

Research shows that the highest performing organizations embrace their organizational culture.  In fact, they create and maintain it to attract, engage, and retain the talent needed to achieve aggressive goals and objectives. Because these organizations engender greater loyalty and common vision among their stakeholders, they are able to withstand today’s challenges and remain competitive.

Creating cultural capital consciously unleashes the potential within your organization, creates a workplace that is healthy, engaged, and productive, and an environment that provides winning conditions for its leaders, employees, customers, and key stakeholders.
